Every Pioneer Pole Buildings project is fully custom. No two buildings are identical, and pricing is determined by a wide range of variables unique to each project. Any quote, estimate, or pricing information provided — whether through this Website, by phone, by email, or in person — is an estimate only and is not a binding offer or guaranteed final price.

Factors that may affect final pricing include, but are not limited to:

• Build site location, accessibility, and local permitting requirements
• Site conditions including grading, soil type, and excavation needs
• Building size, design, structural specifications, and load requirements
• Material selections including siding, roofing, doors, windows, and finishes
• Additions such as living quarters, second floors, insulation, or interior finishing
• Current material and labor costs at the time of contract execution
• Changes in project scope requested by the customer after initial estimate

A final, binding price will only be established in a written, signed project contract.

No building project will commence without a written project agreement ("Contract") executed by both the customer and an authorized representative of Pioneer Pole Buildings. The Contract will outline the full scope of work, agreed-upon price, payment schedule, timeline, and any other project-specific terms and conditions.

In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms of Service and the terms of a signed project Contract, the terms of the signed Contract shall govern and control with respect to that specific project.

Pioneer Pole Buildings stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a one (1) year limited workmanship warranty on all completed construction projects. This warranty covers defects in workmanship directly attributable to Pioneer Pole Buildings' installation and construction practices.

This workmanship warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by weather events, acts of nature, or extreme environmental conditions
• Damage resulting from improper or inadequate site preparation by the customer or third parties
• Modifications, alterations, or additions made to the building by anyone other than Pioneer Pole Buildings after project completion
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to perform routine maintenance
• Defects in materials covered by separate manufacturer warranties

Manufacturer warranties on materials (such as roofing panels, siding, and doors) are separate from and in addition to our workmanship warranty. Details of applicable manufacturer warranties will be provided at project completion.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us directly at the information listed in Section 13. Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.
