Pioneer Pole Buildings | Quality Control

Position Summary:

Responsible for cleaning up job sites post-construction, ensuring all unused materials and trash are properly removed and disposed of, while maintaining compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.

Location: Schuylkill Haven, PA Office (travel required to job sites across multiple states)

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove unused materials and trash from completed job sites.

• Ensure all trash is sorted and disposed of in the correct piles.

• Operate a truck and pull a trailer daily across up to 7 states.

• Follow all Pioneer Pole Buildings (PPB) and OSHA safety procedures and regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience :

Pioneer Pole Buildings | Inside Project Coordinator

Position Summary:

Manage each project from scheduling the job to its completion.

Location: Schuylkill Haven, PA Office

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Review new files daily

• Maintain ‘Waiting on Permits’ spreadsheet and files in the cabinet

• Maintain ‘Waiting on Permits’ files in the cabinet

• Verify permits and send to scheduling; follow up on permits

Position Summary:

Coordinates and schedules post-construction tasks, including QC Inspection, repairs, gutter, and punch lists. Works closely with customers, sales, crews, delivery, and warehouse departments. Position Summary:

Responsible for inventory control measures related to incoming and outgoing materials, stock/inventory counting, and returns. Works closely with vendors, suppliers, and the purchasing and finance department to keep stock at optimal levels.

• Verifies incoming orders for accuracy from suppliers and vendors
