Key Responsibilities:
• Remove unused materials and trash from completed job sites.
• Ensure all trash is sorted and disposed of in the correct piles.
• Operate a truck and pull a trailer daily across up to 7 states.
• Follow all Pioneer Pole Buildings (PPB) and OSHA safety procedures and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Education / Experience :
• High school graduate or equivalent, required.
• Ability to obtain a Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
Knowledge / Skills Required :
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
Position Details :
• Full-time role with daytime hours (M–F).
Travel required with truck/trailer operation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review new files daily
• Maintain ‘Waiting on Permits’ spreadsheet and files in the cabinet
• Maintain ‘Waiting on Permits’ files in the cabinet
• Verify permits and send to scheduling; follow up on permits
• Follow up with townships and make sure requirements are up to date
• Complete one calls
• Contact Customers when the job is scheduled.
• Notify sub crews of the schedule
• Complete Schedule Letters
• Complete Crew packs
• Set up required inspections
• Contact the customer for deliveries, drilling of footings, and the beginning of construction
• Contact the customer after the job is completed for quality control, gutter installation, and repair completion
• Contact the customer to set up interior work or additional work needed.
• Follow up on QC/Gutter/Repairs.
• Contact the customer to collect final payments
• Submit sub crew payments
• Maintain contractor licenses
• Maintain COIs for sub crews
• Other duties as assigned
Education / Experience :
• HS graduate or equivalent, required

• Excellent customer service skills via phone
• Knowledge of permitting services and requirements
Position Details :
• First (daytime) shift hours 7:30-4:00 or 8:30-5 (M-F)
• Must be organized and be able to prioritize and work under minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinates and schedules QC, repairs, gutter, and punch list jobs.
• Serves as the main point of contact for customers post-construction
• Gathers and reports information for production meetings, A/R meetings, and monthly and quarterly reports

• Delivering building materials and equipment.
• Load and unload equipment and building materials at job sites
• Pick up materials from suppliers
• Possess a valid Class A license with an acceptable MVR and a manual transmission license/certification

Key Responsibilities:
• Verifies incoming orders for accuracy from suppliers and vendors
• Ensures accuracy of material loaded on delivery trucks before departure
• Monitor supply levels to ensure WH has all necessary materials to load and deliver to the jobsite on time
• Develop and maintain inventory control measures to reduce excess, and make use of excess material from jobsites
• Ensure accuracy of data in PIMS to include reducing negative inventory, and monitor inventory transfers
• Coordinate physical inventory with all departments involved
• Weekly cycle counts on materials
• Check materials for accurate ship dates
• Rotate stock as new materials arrive
• Make decisions on jobs that go on hold to prevent aging

• Complete financial reporting tasks
• Assist with reconciliation, journal entries, and reporting

Knowledge / Skills Required :
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Comfortable with internet navigation and office email systems
• Willingness and ability to learn internal software programs
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• BA/BS in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Prior experience with AP/AR
• Experience in the construction industry accounting is a plus
• Familiarity with debits, credits, journal entries, reconciliation, inventory systems, and financial reporting
Position Details :
• Monday–Friday, first (daytime) shift; overtime may be required as needed
• Based in our Hazleton office and Schuylkill Haven office (1 opening at each location)
