I just wanted to let you know that I got my electric completed and inspected, and recieved my New Castle County certificate of occupancy. Pioneer did a great job on my building, and it was a pleasure working with all of the people from Pioneer. I had the concrete floor inside and blacktop driveway outside completed and everything looks great.
